Our Dyeing Process in 7 steps
Dyeing is the process of adding color to textile products like fibers, yarns, and fabrics. Dyeing is normally done in a special solution containing dyes and particular chemical material.MORE ABOUT US +
Singeing is done to obtain a clean fabric surface which allows the structure of the fabric to be clearly seen.
Desizing is the process of removing the size material from the warp yarns in woven fabrics.
Washing is done to remove chemicals of desizing and singeing process already carried out.
Moisturizing is the next step in the dyeing process to make the fibre ready for the bleach.
Bleach is a chemical compound derived from natural sources used to whiten fabrics.
